PSA made for NARIKA during COVID lockdown

“Feeding the hungry with dignity; no questions asked, no judgement” is the mission of this hidden gem, a nonprofit Soup Kitchen in San Jose, Martha’s Kitchen, which has served over 4.5M free meals till date. This remarkable achievement speaks volume to the amazing human beings behind its operation. It does take a village to cook and feed the hungry, with raw passion day after day. SOIL, was honored to talk to the people that make this magic of kindness happen and document a day behind the action in their kitchen. The people of Martha's Kitchen are indeed an amazing breed of human beings with humility that is unmatched. Hope this inspires you to volunteer or donate to their cause. ARTogether is a non-profit based in Oakland, California, with a mission is to provide creative spaces and infrastructure for refugees resettled in the Bay Area and to promote healing and community building through art.
